SHIPPING

Standard UPS/USPS shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are not available.

Estimated Arrival of Order

Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. For exceptions, see the estimated delivery and transit times below:

Economy: 7-10 business days.

Standard: 3-5 business days.

Expedited: 2-3 business days.

Rush: 1-2 business days.

We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service. Currently, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

P.O. Boxes

MEDBENO HEALTH is unable to ship P.O. Boxes.

Military APO, FPO and DPO

MEDBENO HEALTH cannot ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Freight Deliveries:  Will be based on the Freight company delivery policy relating drop-off process and procedures. MEDBENO HEALTH will put every effort into meeting client requests relating to drop-off location.
